Logging In - You may log in to the system as either a previous user or a first-time user.

Previous Users -

1. Look at your YMCA Membership ID Card, You should see a number below the bar code on the right.  This is the “YMCA Membership ID number”. Enter your YMCA Membership ID number in the blank provided.

 

2. After you enter your ID number, enter your password, then click Login or press Enter.

 

3. If you have forgotten your password, click the Forgot Password button. You will be asked for your membership ID number, your date of birth and your password. If all three items match our records your password will be emailed to you.

 

4. If you do not have your membership ID card or ID number, you have the option of typing in your first name, last name and password. Your name and password must match what we have on file. For example, if your name is Stephen and we have you on record as Steve, you must enter the name Steve.

 

First Time Users -

If you are in our database (Are currently a member or have ever taken a class at the West Cook YMCA) and this is the first time you have used the system:

 

1. The prompt above the login describes how you can use a default login if you have yet to establish one. Your password is initially set to the first letter of your first name + the first letter of your last name + your date of birth (mm/dd/yy). An example for John Doe born 2/6/1978 is jd020678
