Ages 16 and up

Shallow Water Aqua Exercise
Need a lower intensity work-out that will still be challenging? Then this may be just the class for you! Exercises are performed in the shallow end of the pool and are designed to help increase endurance and muscle tone. Participants do not need to know how to swim.

Water Walking
This class combines a short choreographed aerobic program with water walking/jogging to help participants burn calories, build endurance, and tone muscles. Flotation devices will be provided, therefore participants do not need to know how to swim; however, the deep end of the pool may be used. Ages 16 and up.
