Wellness Centers

Need some quiet time? Looking for a place to unwind? The Wellness Centers are the perfect place for you! Relax after a long day at work or get some personal time away from the kids - you can do it in style with the Wellness Centers. The Wellness Centers at the West Cook YMCA are for adults only, providing a calmer, more relaxed atmosphere. With separate facilities for men and women, the Wellness Centers feature private exercise areas, towel service and lounges stocked with complimentary tea and coffee. All adult West Cook YMCA members are eligible to join the Men’s or Women’s Wellness Center (adults defined as an individual age 18 and up). Exclusive Benefits of the Wellness Centers include:

- Personalized lockers for all Wellness Center members (once capacity is reached, lockers are assigned in order of membership registration)

Wellness Center Membership Fees

In addition to the regular monthly membership fee, individuals must pay $25.00 per month for a Wellness Center membership. Two-adult Households may enjoy use of the Wellness Centers for both adults for the regular monthly fee plus $44.00 per month. Daily passes for the Wellness Centers may be purchased for $7.00 each for members and $13.00 each for non-members.

Massage Therapy

Enjoy the therapeutic and relaxing effects of a great massage! The Wellness Centers provide quality massage services from professional massage therapists. Whether you need soothing and relaxing body work or are looking for something more therapeutic, our trained therapists can accommodate your needs.

Massage services are available to all individuals 18 and older and run in 30-minute increments. Please contact the Men's Wellness Center at 708-434-0238 or the Women's Wellness Center at 708-434-0239 to schedule an appointment.

Massage Therapy Pricing

*For those who are not members of the Wellness Centers, massage prices include full use of the Wellness Center during the massage visit. We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments.
